Yep, we got kittens. And then... we got rid of them. And though I could blame it on my allergies, the truth is that I just couldn't take the smell. It drives me nuts when my house stinks (which is why I avoid the kids' bathroom at all costs). So, as adorable as they were, as much fun as it was having 2 adorable frisky kitties running around... they went back to their home.The kids took it really well. I had told them from the beginning that the kittens were "visiting," just in case it didn't work out. And it didn't. But it was fun while it lasted...
Bye bye kittens. Ahhh... my house back again.

HAHAHAA!!! This post cracked me up!!! So full of real life. Darling photos though. Man, I can so see how we're friends. I do have pretty bad allergies to cats, but if I didn't, I would have done pretty much the same thing. Let the girls ooh and ahh, taken some darling pictures, and gone crazy over the stink and the cat fur in my house. Bye bye bye kitties! Good for your kids taking it well!!!! Merrylee wants a kitty so bad, she would have started WWIII if I brought one home and took it away. Miss you.
